PEO solutions

We employ your workforce. You run your business.

As a Professional Employer Organisation, Kingsley Crest becomes the legal employer of your workers and handles the HR as well as the payroll.

What our PEO model is

Under our PEO service, Kingsley Crest is the legal employer of the workers. They have a contract of employment with us, we pay them through PAYE, and we look after the day-to-day HR. Your business directs the work and benefits from the workforce without carrying the employment administration.

What the HR service covers

Onboarding

Contracts of employment, right to work checks and setting each worker up on payroll.

Offboarding

Leavers, final pay and the paperwork that goes with them.

Holiday pay

Sickness

Disputes and employment tribunals

Managing workplace disputes and supporting any employment tribunal claims involving the workers we employ.

General HR

Everyday HR questions and administration.

KC Rewards+ included as standard

Every worker employed through our PEO service gets KC Rewards+ at no extra charge: fuel savings, retailer discounts, gym and travel offers, 24/7 GP access, and mental health and wellbeing support.

Contracts and responsibilities

A PEO arrangement is set out in two sets of contracts: a services agreement between your business and Kingsley Crest, covering the services, fees and each party's responsibilities, and a contract of employment between Kingsley Crest and each worker. Fees are quoted for each client.

The April 2026 rules. Where a PEO arrangement sits in a recruitment supply chain, the April 2026 PAYE liability rules may be relevant. We will talk this through with you before you start. See the April 2026 legislation hub.

Who benefits

ExampleA growing recruitment agency

An agency is winning more temporary work than its back office can handle. Moving its temporary workforce into a PEO arrangement means the workers are employed and supported by Kingsley Crest, while the agency concentrates on clients and candidates.

ExampleA business taking on a project workforce

A business needs a team for a fixed project and does not want to build HR capacity it will not need afterwards. Kingsley Crest employs the team and manages the HR for the length of the project.
