Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Kingsley Crest's zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and improper inducements.
Our commitment
Kingsley Crest Ltd conducts business honestly and with integrity. We have zero tolerance of bribery and corruption. No director, employee or person acting for us may offer, promise, give, request or accept any advantage intended to improperly influence a business decision.
Who this applies to
Everyone who works for or on behalf of Kingsley Crest, in dealings with agencies, clients, workers, suppliers, introducers and any other business contact.
Gifts and hospitality
Modest, proportionate hospitality with a genuine business purpose may be acceptable. Anything that could create, or appear to create, an obligation must be approved by management first. Cash and cash equivalents are never offered or accepted. Extra care is needed during tenders, negotiations and supplier selection.
Prohibited conduct
- Bribes, kickbacks, secret commissions and facilitation payments.
- Payments or benefits offered in return for improperly influencing a decision.
- Disguising the true purpose or recipient of a payment.
- Using a third party to do anything we could not do directly.
Conflicts of interest
Any personal or financial interest that could affect, or appear to affect, a decision must be declared to management before the decision is made.
Records
All payments, commissions, gifts and hospitality are accurately recorded in our financial records.
Reporting concerns
Concerns must be reported to our Head of Payroll & Compliance or a director. Nobody will suffer for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Breaches may lead to disciplinary action, termination of business relationships and referral to the authorities.
