Accountancy and limited company services

Every route to work, under one roof.

Through our partner accountancy firm, we help contractors and clients set up and run their own limited company, so every engagement route is available from one trusted provider.

A complete service, whichever way you work

Most contractors and agencies end up dealing with several providers: one for umbrella, another for CIS, an accountant for limited companies. With Kingsley Crest they deal with one. We provide umbrella, CIS, PAYE, PEO and bureau payroll ourselves, and work with an established partner accountancy firm for contractors and clients who operate through their own limited company.

Limited companies and IR35

If you provide your services through your own limited company, the off-payroll working rules, known as IR35, may apply. For public sector clients and medium or large private sector clients, the client decides whether the rules apply and must give you a status determination statement. If an engagement falls inside the rules, tax and National Insurance are deducted as if you were employed. For small private sector clients, your own company makes the assessment.

The right route matters. A limited company is not right for every engagement. If an assignment is inside IR35, umbrella payroll or PAYE may be simpler. We will help you choose.

For agencies and clients

Offering candidates every engagement route through a single provider simplifies your supply chain, your due diligence and your candidate experience.
