Our commitment

Kingsley Crest Ltd is committed to running its business responsibly and to considering the environmental, social and ethical impact of everything we do. As a provider of outsourced payroll services, we recognise that sustainability goes beyond the environment: it means reducing avoidable waste, treating people fairly, protecting the information entrusted to us and making responsible business decisions.

Scope

This policy applies to all of Kingsley Crest's business activities, directors, managers and employees, and guides how we work with clients, workers, suppliers and other business partners. Where relevant and proportionate, we encourage our suppliers and partners to adopt similarly responsible practices.

Environmental responsibility

  • Digital first: electronic records, processes and communications wherever suitable, reducing printing and paper use.
  • Printing only when necessary, and reusing or recycling paper and other materials where facilities allow.
  • Using energy and office resources sensibly, including switching off equipment when not in use.
  • Choosing remote meetings over travel where they meet business needs.
  • Disposing of electronic equipment and business waste responsibly.

We will not make environmental claims that we cannot support.

People and fair treatment

We are committed to a professional, respectful and inclusive working environment, and we support health, safety and wellbeing, including through the wellbeing support available in KC Rewards+.

Ethical business conduct

We comply with the law, protect personal and payroll information, avoid misleading statements about our services or accreditations, manage conflicts of interest and consider ethical factors when choosing suppliers.

Continuous improvement

We make proportionate improvements over time, reviewing paper use, digital processes, energy use, waste and avoidable travel. This policy is reviewed at least annually.
