The accreditations, registrations and controls behind Kingsley Crest's payroll, and what each of them means.

Professional Passport accreditation
Professional Passport is an independent compliance organisation for the UK recruitment and contractor supply chain. Its review of Kingsley Crest covered our company structure and ownership, our PAYE and VAT accounts with HMRC, and our documented processes from onboarding to leaving, with evidence that they are applied consistently. It tests against the relevant legislation, not just HMRC tax rules, and against recognised best practice and transparency for workers.
Accreditation is ongoing. Each year we reconfirm our compliance report, and every second year Professional Passport revisits us to gather fresh evidence. Any new service must be reviewed before we offer it.
veriPAYE payslip verification
veriPAYE is the payslip verification service from the Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA). It checks each payment against payroll integrity rules covering tax, deductions and minimum wage, and covers umbrella, CIS and PEO payments.
Our status: Update, 26 October 2026: our veriPAYE integration is in its final stages, and we expect verification to go live within the next few weeks. We will update our website as soon as it is active. Once verification is live, agencies and end clients will be able to verify our payslips free of charge through FCSA's Diligence Hub. How the FCSA Diligence Hub and veriPAYE work.
What accreditation does and does not do
Accreditation reduces risk; it does not transfer it. No accreditation is a government guarantee, and none removes an agency's or end client's legal liability under the April 2026 PAYE rules. What it does give you is independent evidence that a provider's processes have been checked.
